How we work

A transparent engagement, not a black box

Four steps, clear deliverables at each, and an open report on the number that matters. You always know what we changed, what it cost and what it returned. Here is exactly how an engagement runs from first audit to ongoing optimisation.

01

Audit

Week 1

We pull your placements, viewability, frequency, fraud and conversion data and show where spend leaks today. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.

  • Working-media share estimate
  • Viewability & IVT breakdown
  • Frequency & placement waste report
02

Plan

Week 2

A channel and budget plan with an explicit ROAS floor, frequency caps, audience strategy and a measurement model that counts view-through, not just last click.

  • Channel & budget plan
  • ROAS floor & KPI targets
  • Measurement & tracking plan
03

Launch

Weeks 3–4

Audiences, PMP deals and creative go live across the right DSPs. IAS and DoubleVerify filtering runs pre-bid, so quality is protected from the first impression.

  • Campaign build & QA
  • Creative trafficked in all sizes
  • Brand-safety & fraud filters live
04

Optimise

Ongoing

Weekly reallocation toward whatever clears the ROAS floor, placement pruning, frequency tuning and creative testing. You get a plain-language report, not a data dump.

  • Weekly optimisation
  • Monthly working-media report
  • Quarterly strategy review
Questions

Process FAQ

How long until we see results?
The audit lands in week one and the campaign is usually live within a month. Programmatic needs conversion volume to optimise, so meaningful performance trends show across the first six to eight weeks. Retargeting tends to move fastest because the audience already knows the brand.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your ad accounts and analytics, your conversion definitions, and any first-party audiences or product feeds you can share. We handle the rest, including tracking fixes. The cleaner your GA4 conversion data, the faster Smart Bidding and programmatic optimisation work.
What does the monthly report include?
Spend, revenue and ROAS against the floor we agreed, plus working-media share, viewability against the 72.2% industry average, invalid-traffic rate and frequency. We explain what changed and why, in plain language, rather than emailing a dashboard link and calling it reporting.

Start with a no-obligation display audit

We'll audit your current display and programmatic setup across viewability, fraud, frequency and working-media share, then show you where the spend leaks. No obligation.
